I am currently can-can-ing across the country with the First North American Tour of Moulin Rouge! The Musical as a Dance Captain and swing, covering the heels ensemble, Nini, and La Chocolat.
In October 2021, I made my TONY AWARDS DEBUT, dancing alongside the Broadway company at the 74th Annual Tony Awards, witnessing their incredible 10 Tony wins!
In Spring 2023, I organized a benefit concert with the company of Moulin Rouge! The Musical at Rose Room Dallas to raise money for two tuberculosis advocacy organizations: Treatment Action Group and We Are TB. It was a sold out show with a lively auction, and we more than tripled our fundraising goal!
I had the opportunity to work with the talented B.F.A. students at Nazareth College in Fall 2021, choreographing their fall main stage production of Pippin with program director Christine O'grady Roberts as Director.
While still very much in a world affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Pittsburgh Civil Light Opera produced a beautiful outdoor production of The Wizard of Oz at Heinz Field, home to the Pittsburgh Steelers. I was dance captain for the always fabulous Gerry McIntyre.

"In 2018, Heartbeat collaborated with 100 incarcerated singers in six prison choirs to create a contemporary American Fidelio told through the lens of Black Lives Matter. In 2020 — the year of George Floyd’s murder, a pandemic which ravages our prison population, and the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth — we curated a song cycle, brought to life in vivid music videos, mingling excerpts from Fidelio with Negro Spirituals and songs by Black composers and lyricists, which together manifest a dream of justice, equity... and breathing free."
I made my touring debut in the First National Tour of SUMMER: The Donna Summer Musical as Norman Brokaw and a member of the female ensemble.
I was born in Seattle, lived for four years in Atlanta, spent a short time in Indiana, then found my way to New York, the city where my parents met, to study dance and philosophy at Barnard College of Columbia University. I've been living in NY, dancing, singing, acting, teaching, and choreographing ever since. Well, sort of... along the way I continued my education in Israel, Belgium, Berlin, and Paris, and have performed across the United States and internationally. But somehow I keep coming back to New York.
I've found a real love for choreography and movement direction, and in 2017 I was awarded the New York Innovative Theatre Award for Outstanding Movement/Choreography for my work on the New York revival of Raisin at the Astoria Performing Arts Center.
Some performance highlights include: Ashley Fure’s Filament at the NY Philharmonic, The First National Tours of Moulin Rouge! The Musical and SUMMER: The Donna Summer Musical, and productions with Broadway Sacramento, Goodspeed Opera House, The Alliance Theatre, and Opera Carolina. I have also performed with dance companies including Nathan Trice/RITUALS, LaneCoArts, Flexicurve, and TrainorDance, and have sung internationally with Constellation Chor, an improvisation-based vocal ensemble. My voice acting work includes the Dueling Pistols audio drama, audio courses for The Financial Diet, voiced journaling prompts and anti-racism training for Mendü, a self-care app for women of color, and several local and national radio and TV commercials.
